Peter is a trial attorney whose broad litigation defense practice includes catastrophic damage, medical malpractice against hospitals, phycisians, and other healthcare providers, personal injury, premises liability, and construction defenct cases.  He has extensive experience working on appeals.  In addition to medical negligence awsuits, Peter presents health care providers before disciplinary boards.  He is a Shareholder and Vice-President at Meyer, Fluegge & Tenney, P.S.

 

Peter practices in state and federal court.  He is admited to practice in Virginia, Wshingon, and Oregon.  He has been seelcted to Washington Super Lawyers from 2019-2024, and a Rising Star from 2014-2018.  He is a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).  He served as President of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers (WDTL).  He is also a member of Defense Research Institute (DRI), Washington State Bar Association, and Oregon Association of Defense Counsel (OADC). 

 

He earned a Masters degree in international politics and his juris doctor from Regent University in Virginia in 2008. During law school, he served on Law Review, the Journal of Law & Public Policy, and worked as a law clerk for the American Center for Law & Justice.
