Mr. Worley's practice is focused in civil litigation and the representation of private and municipal employers in labor and employment matters. Mr. Worley advises employers and litigates cases involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wage and hour issues (including class action defense), whistleblower conduct, breach of contract, non-competition, FMLA, ADA/WLAD, as well as matters involving unions and collective bargaining. He has also successfully represented employers before several state and federal agencies.
Prior to joining Meyer, Fluegge & Tenney, P.S., Mr. Worley served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Mr. Worley worked in the Corporate Counsel Division, District Court Unit, and Special Assault Unit.

Advanced Life Systems, Inc. v. National Labor Board, 898 F.3d 38 (D.C. Cir. 2018).
Worked to bring successful appeal and overturn NLRB's conclusion that employer froze pay increases and bonuses in order to discriminate against employees for their union activity.
Wage & Hour Class Action in Trucking Industry. (Adams County Sup. Crt. 2018).
Obtained favorable pre-mediation settlement of piece-rate, rest break claims.
