Mr. Chapman combines his training in law and the arts to assist clients in a broad range of civil matters.  Mr. Chapman holds a Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, in addition to a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and over a decade immersed in the theater.  With his training he has served communities in various capacities from Alaska to Arizona, Oregon to D.C., and abroad in Ireland and England. 

About Mr. Chapman

Prior to joining Meyer, Fluegge & Tenney, P.S., Mr. Chapman worked as a judicial law clerk in the Alaska Court System for the Honorable Judge Philip M. Pallenberg of the Juneau Superior Court, and the Honorable Judges of the Anchorage District Court.  He further worked as a legal intern for Oregon Public Broadcasting, Free Press in Washington D.C., and the Small Business Legal Clinic in Portland, Oregon. 

Mr. Chapman is licensed to practice law in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington State.
