Mr. Ritchie earned a Masters degree in international politics in 2008 and his juris doctor from Regent University in Virginia the same year. During law school, he served on the Regent Journal of Law & Public Policy, served on the Regent University Law Review, and worked as a law clerk for the American Center for Law & Justice.  He also has a Bachelor's Degree in French. 

 

Mr. Ritchie is admitted to practice in Virginia, Washington, and Oregon.  

 

Mr. Ritchie is a member of several professional organizations including:

Mr. Ritchie has previously served as President on the Board of Trustees, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.  

 

Mr. Ritchie has been consistently recognized in Washington Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star from 2014-2018, and as a Super Lawyer in 2019-2023.  Each year no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the honor of Rising Star and no more than 5 percent are selected as Super Lawyers.  The Rising Star honor is reserved for lawyers 40 years and younger, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less.
