MEDIATION
ARBITRATION
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Our attorneys available for mediation and arbitration have litigated the same kinds of cases you may now be seeking to mediate and resolve. An experienced trial attorney best understands the litigation positions and risks of proceeding with a trial. Resolution of disputed issues by mediation can be a cost-effective alternative to a long court battle. Mediation generally requires a willingness by both sides to seek an agreement. The role of the mediator is to assist the parties in narrowing their differences to achieve an agreement. Arbitration is typically a process in which the parties agree that the arbitrator will hear and be empowered to decide the resolution of the issues which will be binding on the parties.
